Otto was built on grit, backbone, and sharp judgment. We’ve walked both the dirt and the boardroom, and we’re unafraid to say what others won’t.
Founded by three women who grew up tough in Kalgoorlie, Meekatharra, and Fitzroy Crossing, we bring 45 years of combined WHS and commercial law experience. We know the industries inside out, from operating equipment to leading strategy and we’ve seen how safety gets buried under bloat.
Our name comes from Otto the fish in Dr Seuss: overfed until he grew out of control. That’s exactly what happens when consultants pile on unnecessary processes. We exist to stop that, building safety systems that actually work.
